As is usual in American fairy tales, the story of Meri Meri began at a kitchen table in Los Angeles. There, Meredith, called Meri Meri, created her first cards using pens and lots of glitter. The handmade cards immediately met with great interest and Meri Meri from then on employed a large network of mothers who worked from home following Meri Meri's instructions.
